Responsibilities
- Implement and update department procedures, work instructions, rules and regulations, and control documentation.
- Maintain awareness of prevention and cost‑down initiatives through continual improvement.
- Assist the HOD in project tendering activities, including preparing Bills of Quantity (BQ), quotations, cost estimations, compiling submission materials, and participating in tender interviews and negotiations.
- Manage tasks to meet submission deadlines.
- Update and maintain documentation for approved subcontractors and monitor performance on price and other relevant criteria.
- Prepare purchase orders and contract documents for subcontractors.
- File and update the contract documents and purchase orders in order.
