Responsibilities
- Administer and manage contractual matters from pre-award through project close-out.
- Review, interpret, and manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, claims, and extension of time submissions.
- Coordinate contractual matters with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Support the commercial and quantity surveying teams in contract administration and cost control activities.
- Prepare contractual correspondence and maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, claims, and project documentation.
- Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist in dispute resolution and final account settlements.
