Contract Bank Data Protection Officer (till end Dec)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all data privacy and protection matters across the business
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies, including regular reviews and updates in line with new laws or regulatory changes
• Support and guide stakeholders in conducting data privacy assessments (e.g. DPIA) and maintaining accurate data processing inventories
• Partner closely with Legal, IT, and business teams to embed Privacy by Design principles into daily operations and projects
• Assist in data breach management , including investigation, reporting, and continuous improvement of incident response processes
• Support internal audits , regulatory reviews, and ensure proper execution of first line of defense (1LoD) controls
