Contract Analyst – Contract Management (North America)

NielsenIQ (NIQ) is looking for a Contract Analyst to join the Contract Management team supporting our North America business. This fast‑paced, high‑volume team works cross‑functionally within the NIQ organization and leads the creation, modification, and finalization of sell‑side licensing agreements for our clients. The role is high visibility and critical to revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and release contracts and amendments that follow company guidelines.
• Draft accurate, concise, and consistent contract terms.
• Draft non‑standard provisions as needed.
• Review, advise on various miscellaneous agreements, and facilitate the redline process.
• Devise logical approaches and suggestions to address complex contractual issues.
• Ensure the contract incorporates all authorized specifications and terms.
