The team manages the complete contract lifecycle and order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate creation, validation, and execution of service agreements to support seamless customer service delivery.
Cross-Functional Business Support
The team collaborates closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure contractual commitments are properly reflected in systems, enabling revenue recognition, customer onboarding, service activation, and compliance.
