Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱95,000 per month



We are seeking a data-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and proven experience driving process excellence within a BPO or Shared Services environment.



Requirements:

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Required)

• 3–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence

• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, KPI Management, and Project Implementation

• BPO or Shared Services experience required

• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in quality, productivity, cost reduction, or customer experience

• Willing to work 100% onsite ...
