The main purpose of a Senior Project Analyst is to lead cross‑functional improvement projects focusing on the services provided by the GBS and including new system implementations and continuous process improvement. The role requires an ability to lead a complete project cycle including the analysis of business requirements, development of project charters, building of implementation and resource plans and leading of initiatives execution and stabilization.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Interview users and Business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and produce business specifications for new initiatives
- Communication conduit between the business and the developers translating requests for business requirements into specifications for development team
