Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead and drive the Continuous Improvement strategy across Iberia. This role is responsible for defining, deploying, and monitoring the Iberia Lean Roadmap, ensuring value creation, sustainable savings, and full execution of Continuous Improvement projects across Operations.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will act as a key enabler of the Lean culture, leading and mentoring Lean/CI Specialists, training operational teams, and acting as the main interface with the Group Process Design Department for the implementation of Group Process Standards.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate, maintain, and continuously improve the Iberia Lean Roadmap, aligned with business priorities and Group guidelines.
• Define, track, and validate savings and value creation associated with CI initiatives and projects.
