Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve organizational performance.
This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, developing improvement strategies, and executing Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across departments.
The CI Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization using the Johnson Controls CI framework.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to improve quality, reduce waste, and optimize productivity.
- Analyze business processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
