Lead investment and continuous improvement projects
Manage the development of the measurement system for the correct measurement of OEE
TPM Coordination
Follow up on the indicators of the improvement system and provide visibility.
Certification Black Belt, Six sigma
Responsible for establishing a sharing mechanism for continuous improvement work and sharing improvement experience through meetings and benchmarking workshops.
