Responsibility Summary
The Continuous Improvement Leader drives the transformation and continuous improvement of global supply chain processes across regions. This role identifies, prioritizes, and executes initiatives that improve end‑to‑end supply chain performance, strengthen execution consistency, and support scalable business growth. The role evaluates current‑state processes and develops future‑state workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, scalability, and control while balancing global process consistency with regional execution needs and customer requirements. Success in this position requires cross‑functional leadership, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on measurable operational results.
