Continuous Improvement Leader

**What you will enjoy doing**:
- Facilitate and advise the execution of Operational Excellence projects.
- Manage and review the progress and effectiveness of Operational Excellence projects.
- Manage the processes of lean manufacturing tools, such as 5S, Kaizen Teian and Visual Administration.
- Ensure staff competence in the use of Continuous Improvement tools through training and continuous updating.
**What makes you great**:
- Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related.
- +4 years of experience in continuous improvement in manufacturing companies
- Willing to travel
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
- **Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing tools**: 5S's, Problem Analysis and Solution, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Idea Management, Hoshin Kanri, TPM principles.
