Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to identify non‑value‑added activities, eliminate waste, and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
• Support productivity improvement initiatives and assist sites in achieving annual performance objectives.
• Drive a culture of data‑based decision‑making across both transactional and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend predictive and preventive actions to improve reliability and reduce process variation.
• Help establish and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across integral operations.
• Provide training and coaching on data analysis, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma tools.
