Overview
As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be the driving force behind smarter, faster, and higher‑quality service delivery. You will partner across teams to transform how work gets done and directly influence customer outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end‑to‑end Technical Service processes to identify inefficiencies and pinpoint root causes using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and process mapping methodologies.
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives that reduce administrative time, increase efficiency, and elevate service quality.
- Build consensus with Technical Service, Customer Experience, Operations IBP, Operational Insights, Quality and Commercial stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
