Location: Planta Guadalajara (Presencial). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. (flexible).

Continuous Improvement Intern

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives within the plant.
• Implement the Ingredion Management System (IPS) and digitalize operational logs.
• Participate in reliability process projects.
• Provide support to various production areas as operational needs arise.
• Track key performance indicators (KPI) of the organization.
• Assist training of staff in tools such as 5S and Lean Six Sigma.
• Contribute to process standardization as a key deliverable of the role.

Qualifications

• Student in the penultimate or final semester of Chemical Engineering (not yet graduated).
• Fundamentals of unit operations.
• Intermediate level English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
