Continuous Improvement Intern (Guadalajara)

Location: Planta Guadalajara (Presencial). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. (flexible).
Continuous Improvement Intern
Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives within the plant.
Implement the Ingredion Management System (IPS) and digitalize operational logs.
Participate in reliability process projects.
Provide support to various production areas as operational needs arise.
Track key performance indicators (KPI) of the organization.
Assist training of staff in tools such as 5S and Lean Six Sigma.
Contribute to process standardization as a key deliverable of the role.
Qualifications
Student in the penultimate or final semester of Chemical Engineering (not yet graduated).
Fundamentals of unit operations.
Intermediate level English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
