Improvement Expert

As an Improvement Expert, you will facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities throughout the entire process chain.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead Kaizen and Kaizen blitz activities
• Support the 5S program to improve facility conditions
• Drive the annual improvement roadmap and ensure accomplishments
• Certify team members in Lean tools and in Lean Six Sigma
• Coordinate Value Stream Mapping events and follow‑up activities
• Coach colleagues in Lean tools
• Participate in all Kaizen events as Coach and Lean Expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
• Deep understanding of value‑stream mapping
• Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large or medium‑sized company
