• Apply Lean and CI tools such as Value Stream Map, 5 S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management and Lean Six Sigma across all departments.
• Identify and drive improvements in areas such as cycle time improvement, process flow, planning optimization & schedule compliance, equipment efficiency, inventory optimization and material flow efficiency.
• Collaborate and support functional owners to implement sustainable process changes.
• Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis for operational issues.
