Continuous Improvement Engineer

Position Purpose Reporting to the Operational Excellence Leader, the OPEX/CI Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting Operational Excellence initiatives across the site through the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles, Continuous Improvement methodologies, Operational Excellence systems, and cross-functional projects. This position drives sustainable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People Development while supporting the site's Operational Excellence strategy. Postion Responabilities Lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned with business objectives and site priorities. Facilitate Kaizen Events following the corporate CI methodology. Develop Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities. Lead Root Cause Analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
