- The **Continuous Improvement Engineer** will provide leadership, support, and project management to drive Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies across both manufacturing and back-office processes.
- By using methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and Design for Lean Six Sigma, the role will identify improvement opportunities and partner with department leaders to implement solutions that generate efficiency, productivity, and added value.
All improvements must comply with Regulatory, Quality, and Corporate Compliance requirements.

- Act as a key contributor in establishing a Continuous Improvement culture, leading by example and serving as a trusted partner across the Sonova organization.
