Continuous Improvement Engineer

**Description**:
Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, following the specifications established by the Company, documenting in a written and graphic way the process to ensure correct and efficient implementation.
Work to ensure compliance with the annual Continuous Improvement goals set by management.
Train the required staff in continuous improvement techniques to meet the organization's program and objectives of continuous improvement.
