Role Overview
The Continuous Improvement Engineer plays a vital role in enabling the successful implementation of programs and projects that drive change, enhance process improvement, and support continuous transformation within Asurion TCP’s supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance improvement initiatives across the business.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma culture and problem‑solving mindset.
- Train and coach teams on CI tools and methodologies.
- Share best practices and manage CI maturity framework.
- Provide leadership on organizational initiatives.
- Lead and support cross‑functional projects.
- Partner with Finance to track project financial impact.
- Review projects to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma to challenge and improve processes.
