Continuous improvement director (operational excellence)

Overview

The LEGO Continuous Improvement Director is part of the site’s Leadership Team accountable for the success of Americas Manufacturing. The position sets the vision for Continuous Improvement at the site, aligning with global strategy, leads the local LCI team, coordinates resources, and mentors staff.

Core Responsibilities Lead implementation of the site’s strategy to synchronize global Operations direction with local activation plans. Define and implement a 3‑ to 5‑year Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with on‑site operational strategies. Find ways to boost P&L impact by discussing and improving operational efficiency. Drive Continuous Improvement mindsets and behaviors across middle and senior leadership. Coach and challenge on‑site senior leadership to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities.
