Continuous Improvement Director (Operational Excellence) (Monterrey)

The objective of LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) is to support The LEGO Group in its strategic priorities by building a sustainable continuous improvement mindset across the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process of the site's strategy to synchronize global Ops direction in local activation plans.
• Define and implement a 3- to 5-year Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with on-site operational strategies.
• Find ways to boost P&L impact by discussing and improving operational efficiency.
• Drive Continuous Improvement mindsets and behaviors across middle and senior leadership.
• Coach and challenge on-site senior leadership to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities.
• Ensure the operational excellence model “LEGO Continuous Improvement Assessment” is sustained and improved year over year.
