Continuos Improvement Intern (Ciudad Apodaca)

Position Overview
Continuos Improvement Intern – Part‐time, located in Apodaca, MEX, working onsite at the Danfoss Climate Solutions warehouse.
This hands‐on role supports continuous improvement and lean initiatives across our facilities.
Responsibilities
Lead lean and continuous improvement projects that improve warehouse performance and efficiency.
Support and coordinate Kaizen events, from preparation to follow‐up, ensuring actions turn into results.
Promote lean mindset and ways of working in daily warehouse operations.
Help standardize and share the Danfoss Performance Program (DPP) and lean tools across warehouses in DCS Apodaca.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in the 7th semester of an Engineering, Industrial, or related bachelor's degree.
Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Basic knowledge or strong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Kaizen.
