Continuity & Resiliency AVP — Planning, Testing & Response

State Street is looking for a Business Continuity / Operational Resiliency AVP in Metro Manila, Philippines. This critical role will support the execution of Business Continuity and Resiliency programs, ensuring adherence to global standards while maintaining preparedness for disruptions.

The successful candidate will coordinate testing and documentation efforts and engage with various stakeholders to ensure effective incident response. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in a financial services environment are preferred.
