Continous Improvement Specialist - EMEA

Continuous Improvement (CI) is a critical pillar of this strategy and a key driver of success. This role is pivotal within the EMEA region to ensure that the Controllership function remains at the forefront of CI initiatives.

The Continuous Improvement role is responsible for managing CI programs in collaboration with EMEA Controllership and delivery teams. This includes establishing a new function within the Controllership organization, building a strong pipeline of CI projects, and deploying innovative solutions across the region. The role also involves conducting investigative variance reviews, performing impact analyses, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
