Job Overview

Supporting the implementation and execution of the RTX CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) Operating System at P&W Canada, your mission is to provide guidance and support to organisations and employees to develop a continuous improvement culture and become self‑sufficient in the CORE Operating System. You will gain hands‑on experience with continuous improvement methods such as value stream mapping, 5S, problem solving, visual management, process mapping, skills matrix, RACI, and benchmarking. You will be mentored by a Continuous Improvement Business Partner.

The position is based in Longueuil, Quebec. It is an on‑site role from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and occasional travel to the St‑Hubert MRO facility.
