Content Writer / Creative Strategist

This is an important creative role at the intersection of storytelling, strategy and data. You will own the content direction for a portfolio of boutique real estate brokerages in Dubai: developing the ideas that get made, writing the scripts that get filmed, and using performance data to make both sharper over time.

You will work closely with the creative leads, production team and social managers to ensure everything published is grounded in a clear strategic intent and measurable against real outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop monthly content strategies for each client: pillars, campaign concepts, editorial calendars and shoot briefs.
• Write all video scripts: agent-facing pieces, property narratives, VO scripts, Reels hooks and short-form content.
• Write copy across all formats: captions, WhatsApp micro-content, warm lead sequences and insights report narratives.
