Content Strategist - Fashion E-commerce

We're looking for a Content Strategist to be the driving force behind our brand's content: messaging, planning, scripting and execution, across 3 brands. You'll own the content roadmap end-to-end, ensuring every piece serves both business goals and user needs, while staying tightly aligned with broader marketing and brand objectives.

Strategy & Planning

• Own the content strategy and calendar across web, app, social, email, and campaigns
• Translate business goals (conversion, retention, brand awareness) into actionable content plans
• Identify content gaps and opportunities across the customer journey: discovery, consideration, purchase, post-purchase
• Partner with marketing, brand, and category teams to align content with seasonal launches, campaigns, and sale events
