We’re transforming the industry with our SaaS solutions and we’re looking for a world class Content Services Research Analyst to help us retain and grow our customer base. In this role, you will be helping drive customer retention and enabling clients to maximize the value of our software and the data powering their experiences. In partnership with the Data Services team, you will research and resolve customer data inquiries to foster long-term, successful relationships.
