Requirements

• Background in Communication, Information Science, Marketing, Content Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience (preferred) in digital content management, documentation, or editorial compliance/QA roles.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS), metadata tagging, and publishing workflows.
• Ability to work with collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (especially if working with bilingual or international content).

• Responsible for properly documenting and archiving every action performed by influencers (post, reel, story), ensuring traceability, legal compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
