Barcelona (hybrid) – Lead a community of talented Content Designers while collaborating closely with Product and other business areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop an overarching content strategy that meets organizational objectives and embraces AI‑augmented workflow.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer.
- Drive adoption and optimization of the internal content generation tool, ensuring effective use of an AI content agent.
- Define human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, establish AI prompt engineering best practices, and build quality assurance frameworks for AI‑generated content.
