In this role you will lead a 12-person Content Design team within Product, shaping a cohesive content strategy that aligns with company goals and a growing AI-enabled workflow. You’ll partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to set success metrics and guide content initiatives across multiple brands. You’ll drive adoption of AI-powered content tools, establish human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure brand voice is preserved at scale.
