About the role
We're looking for someone who's equally excited about creating and getting things done. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't mind being on the ground whether that's helping on shoots, jumping into DMs, or putting together quick creatives while also helping building community!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social & Community Management
• Manage DMs and comments across Instagram and ads
• Engage with customers in a brand-aligned, thoughtful tone
• Flag insights, feedback and recurring concerns to the team
2. Content & Creative Support
• Assist on shoots (setup, props, coordination, quick captures)
• Create basic creatives (posts, stories, ad variations)
3. Copy & Performance Thinking
• Write short-form copy for posts, ads, and replies
4. On-ground + Execution
• Be the go-to for quick turnarounds and last-minute needs
