Position Summary

City Cruises Canada is seeking a highly creative, organized, and digitally driven Content & Social Media Specialist to elevate storytelling, expand our social media presence, support influencer partnerships, and build engaging content across all three ports in Ontario (Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Gananoque).

Duties and Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Creates engaging social‑first content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.
• Captures photo and video content across Niagara Falls, Toronto, and the 1000 Islands.
• Edits short‑form video content, including Reels and TikTok‑style storytelling.
• Assists with copywriting for captions, stories, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
• Schedules and publishes content across social platforms.
• Monitors social and audio trends and emerging creator/content opportunities.
