Content and Design Head at A&B

Role Overview Content and Design Head who can own the voice, positioning, and content quality of the brand across all customer touchpoints.

This role goes beyond copywriting.

This role does need design background.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every piece of communication leaving the brand from website content and emailers to social media and product storytelling,, aligns with the positioning, tone, and premium feel of America & Beyond.

You will work closely with the email marketing, design, website, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate customer experience.
