We seek a Client Operations Executive to support our Customer Relationship Center and help create unique holiday experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Manage client queries via phone and email in a proactive, professional, and friendly manner
  • Resolve customer requests, issues, and complaints accurately and within defined policies, guidelines, and SLAs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and suggest process improvements based on daily interactions
  • Handle negotiations related to compensation, refunds, and solutions in a fair and commercially sound manner
