Job Description

The CPS Commercial Associate Director will drive revenue growth within the Philippines market, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets aligned with the Operating Plan (OP). The role is responsible for managing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of key clients in the Philippines, with a strong focus on regaining market share from competitors and strengthening NIQ’s position locally. The role also includes leading the commercial execution of CPS new initiatives within the Philippines, identifying market‑relevant growth opportunities, partnering closely with product leadership to localize and implement new initiatives, and ensuring strong Go‑To‑Market (GTM) execution to maximize return on investment.
