The Consumer Audience Specialist role is a hands‑on key contributor to driving consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement across Chevron’s marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with operational agility to deliver high‑performing campaigns. Responsibilities include data interpretation, stewardship, and continuous improvement to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Audience Strategy & Segmentation
- Develops audience segments over time using behavioral insights, predictive analytics and/or AI‑driven analysis
- Defines audience logic and recommends targeting criteria for personalized marketing journeys
