Customer Service Representative – Dispute Resolution
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for consumers via telephone.
- Authenticate consumer interactions to maintain security and privacy of PII and SPII.
- Provide disclosures and assist consumers in filing disputes for all products.
- Review and analyze dispute reports, and instruct consumers on the best approach to dispute a specific claim.
- Research dispute requests across multiple databases to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Educate consumers about reports, claim information, reason codes, and related details.
- Collaborate with Dispute and Resolution teams to resolve consumer disputes.
- Document records of customer interactions and transactions in the approved CRM (MBS, Salesforce).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
