Consumer Activation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of activation projects and events.
• Coordinate operational planning with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and area PICs (Persons in Charge).
• Develop execution flows, project timelines, workback schedules, and project tracking systems.
• Ensure execution readiness across production, logistics, manpower, and on-site operations.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify operational risks while managing issues effectively.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
• Support post-event/activation evaluation processes, documentation, and continuous improvement planning.
