Senior Incident Response Analyst responsible for managing complex security incidents across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. Lead Tier 3 incident response, mentor junior analysts, and continuously improve incident response processes and playbooks.

• Tier 3 Security Incident Response
  • Conduct tier 3 incident response for application, network, and infrastructure security alert events.
  • Utilise documented procedures and internal security technologies to manage incidents effectively.
• Coordination and Task Assignment
  • Assign containment, eradication and recovery tasks to appropriate resource teams.
