Responsibilities- Lead research and analysis for projects, framing team knowledge.
- Collect primary insights through stakeholder interviews.
- Develop insights and solutions based on research.
- Present findings in an insightful, structured manner both written and orally.
- Build trust and credibility by working directly with clients and change makers.
- Participate in project team activities from day one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Relations or related fields; or final year Master’s in International Development, Economics, Public Policy, etc.
- Excellent academic record.
