Consultant, Talent Management (18‑Month Contract)

Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As a Consultant, Talent Management , you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of Vancity’s enterprise talent management programs. This role supports the end‑to‑end execution of core talent processes by translating research, data, and program plans into well‑organized materials, seamless logistics, and positive experiences for leaders and employees. You will work closely with partners across People & Culture to ensure talent programs are delivered with consistency, accuracy, and care, supporting leader effectiveness and employee development across the organization.

This is a full‑time, temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Learning and Talent Development. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be onsite for events and business demands.
