With the completion of the new infrastructure at Minawao CMA, there is a critical need for a reliable and sustainable energy source to power medical equipment and address challenging climatic conditions, particularly extreme heat. Following internal discussions, solar energy was identified as the most suitable option, given its potential to supply electricity to all CMA buildings, ensure uninterrupted functionality of medical equipment, and operate air-conditioning systems essential for staff comfort and effective service delivery.
