What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining CIBC’s Digital and CX Technology team, where innovation and client experience are at the heart of everything we do. As a Consultant, IT Quality Assurance you’ll play a key role in overseeing the systems testing process and ensuring our solutions meet client needs with the highest quality. You’ll lead a team within CIBC’s Technology organization, assigning and monitoring the execution of test cases while providing coaching and mentorship. You’ll create test plans, develop testing strategies, and provide estimates that help build the bank of the future. Your hands‑on approach will support our commitment to delivering reliable digital solutions.
Work Environment
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1‑3 days per week on‑site, while other days will be remote.
