Consultant – Infrastructure Technical Due Diligence

We are seeking a Junior Consultant to support Transaction Advisory Services for financial institutions and infrastructure operators.

Your Role

You will work alongside partners, senior consultants, and peers across the Climate, Sustainability, Transactions and Low Carbon Solutions teams to offer Transaction Advisory Services. You will primarily support infrastructure funds, private equity firms, investment banks and energy companies by delivering technical due diligence services on buy‑side, sell‑side and project financing deals. You should have some experience in the infrastructure and/or energy sectors and an interest in technical, commercial and economic drivers of infrastructure private finance deals.
