Responsibilities

• Assisting in carrying out forensic delay & quantum analysis for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects involving complex disputes
• Planning & project controls including progress, cost & loan monitoring
• Reviewing project‑associated costs including labour, material, and equipment
• Undertaking design documents review on varied project types like roads, LRTs, power plants, and residential/commercial buildings and estimating quantities
