What You'll Be Doing
The Enterprise Solution Design team is at the heart of CIBC's technology strategy, partnering across the organization to deliver innovative, scalable infrastructure solutions. As a Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you'll collaborate closely with Solution Directors, Solution Owners and Designers, Application Developers, Flow Managers, external vendors, Intake Managers, Project Managers, and Application Development partners to gather business and technical requirements and support solution delivery. You'll design and document comprehensive infrastructure solutions, prepare accurate costing estimates, and manage solution development through agile sprints. You'll also play a key role in driving intake refinement through to approval, ensuring requirements, documentation, and solutioning remain aligned with agile practices.
